AN INSPIRING STORY FROM MY PATIENT.

Good day to everyone! I wanted to post this on my blog since then but because of my busy schedule, I wasn't able to do it. I want to share with you my experiences that brought my eyes into tears. I have a tender heart. I easily cry but thank God I can already control my tears from dropping (because it's not good to cry in front of my patients, although during my first exposure I CAN'T HELP) Just a little background of how our duty rotation happens. Every 3 weeks we are exposed to different areas in the hospital or in the community. So my 4th rotation was in the community which was held at Pacpaco, San Fernando, La Union. Pacpaco is a mountainous place that is so far from the city, few transportation. The result, if they get complications or sickness it would be so hard for them to go to the hospital. They don't get the benefits of the free services from the government.  But remember that in this community not everyone is unfortunate, some people who live t...

FOR THE LOVE OF NATURE

This post is quite different from my previous posts. But I just want to appreciate our nature, everyday. You might have not known it but since then I knew from the very start that forests, and seas are part of myself. I always dreamed to conquer and travel the whole world since I was a kid. Little by little, I get to see some of it on my naked eyes. A little history about me being an environmentalist. (I wish to put all my pictures here but sadly my  old laptop isn't working anymore, but thankfully I saved some.) I studied in a public school since elementary to highschool, we all know that public schools don't have janitors. So all we ever had were ourselves. We always clean our classroom, sometimes in and out of school, we water plants EVERY SINGLE DAY. And I am happy to have been able to experience those. I started joining Girl's Scouts of the Philippines since I was in elementary but it was not a big deal for me back then. Then high...
KNOW THAT BEHIND THIS MAKE-UP IS A BARE FACE FULL OF IMPERFECTIONS It took me YEARS to accept myself. My fears. My imperfections. My flaws. Years from now, I was at chaos. I was confused, drowned, and hopeless. I hated my life. I lost faith. I hated everything. Saluting myself, I was able to inspire other people regardless of the tough experiences I've gone through. But I was only showing how strong I am, that I accept myself but deep inside me was a wrecked soul , and a crying heart .   Life is Hard. Life is Tough. Life is Surviving. And so I stood up and kept improving myself.  I studied hard to make myself proud.  My family proud. "That even if I'm ugly atleast I have a brain." That's what I always tell to myself.  Day by day, hating myself has become a routine. My pillow has become my shoulder to cry on. My room has become my isolation. When will all my pain end?  I always ask while staring at the ...

CONFIDENCE

As I was scrolling down my newsfeed at facebook, I saw a post about Miss Universe 2016 candidates being asked about confidence. Unfortunately, I was not able to click that content nor come back to hear their answers. “What is confidently beautiful for you?” While I was washing my face. The question came up to my mind. I asked myself, what exactly is “confidently beautiful” for me? I’m thinking about it until now. This is my answer. Confidence is very difficult to achieve, but it is a CHOICE. Confidence is being able to uplift others while uplifting yourself. It is being able to stand up in front of the crowd and think how grateful and amazing you are. On the other hand, you can stay up late at night ALONE and not comparing yourself to others. To what they have, and what you don’t. Confidence is not just about showing off your bare-face, slim body, flawless skin. It is mostly about appreciating the beauty of a person inside no matter how they are and how you look out...

BEST PLACES IN BAGUIO CITY

Hey guys! Today, I want to share with you the best place I've been,so far, in Baguio! :) A little history to why my friends and I went to Baguio. This travel was unplanned but since we were longing for the smell of the new places, for the glimpse of God-given world, we then decided to go to Baguio a day after I said I want to go to Baguio. WATCH MY VLOG BUT BUT BUT.  Last December 2016, we planned to go to Pangasinan (visit em'caves and so, it's more of a hiking) But since my travel buddy (Hi Gab! - who knows the place and route well) said that he couldn't come because of some reason. :/ We agreed not to go. (*deep sigh*) "Everything happens for a reason" I now knew the reason, we were destined to go to the Summer Capital of the Philippines which made us feel the breeze, somewhat KOREA feels :P January 10, 2017 6:00AM. My friends and I met at the Partas terminal, yes, we can't afford to rent a van. That's not a problem, we need to exerci...
